CRANBERRY STAR ANISE MOCKTAIL
For the last month, I have been trying out mocktail recipes perfect for ringing in the New Year.
There is not a whole lot of great mocktail recipes out there, I usually end up making the basic Shirley Temple. This cranberry starnise mocktail, though, is a winner. It is very simple and refreshing and perfect for ringing in the New Year (with no chance of getting inibriated). Win. Win.
What you need:
- 4 mini starnise
- 3/4 cup fresh cranberry
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- a bottle of Pink lemonade.
How To:
Combine all the ingredients in a pitcher , stir and refrigerate until it is ready to serve. I recommend refrigerating it 24 hours before it is ready to serve. That will allow the flavors of the cranberries and star anise to pull into the lemonade.
Happy New Year.
Cheers.
