SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders are created as soon as we receive your order. Please allow 7 to 10 business days before your order is shipped. You will receive notification as soon as you order is on its way to you.

Our offices are located in Dallas, Texas. For those based in Dallas and surrounding areas you can pickup your order or have it delivered to you.

Dallas Customers. In addition to hand-delivery, we also offer framing services for your prints. If you will like us to frame your order, please send an email to orders@portland-grace.com

RETURN POLICY

Refund may be issued in extreme cases. We are not responsible for damages that occur in transit. If you recieve the wrong product in the mail, please contact orders@portland-grace.com within 7 days of delivery.
