With high ceiling , exposed beams and brick and a menu that is satifies all of my foodie cravings, Whiskey Cake has become one of my favorites place to dine in the metroplex.

It is located in the Plano area of the Dallas Metroplex, just off the Dallas Tollway. The Chef serves up some of the best food you will ever have and when it comes to Brunch - this is the first place I recommend. Simply put - Farm to table never looked and tasted so good.

I personnally recommend you head here for weekend brunch and from the menu our vote goes to Three little pigs ; French toast Monte Cristo or the Chicken and waffle. If you want something less brunchy - then we recommend the O.M.G Burger ; Pork Belly Ramen or Texas Gulf Shrimp grain bowl.  For drinks - my personal favorite is the Jessica Wabbit, but if you prefer a grown up beverage - I have heard great things about Hello Dolly or the Guava gimlet. Make sure to leave room for dessert because the Whiskey cake topped with mounds of whip cream is a must.

All my out of town guest have had the pleasure of dining here - I hardly ever venture anywhere else for brunch because this place delivers on everything - great atmosphere ; phenomenal food and excellent service.

I can go on for pages about this place - but I'll leave you with this advice - call ahead for the brunch. They don't take reservations, but calling 10 to 15 minutes before you arrive gets you on the wait list which is very helpful.
